Refund Policy

At Revive & Refine, we are committed to providing high-quality aesthetic and wellness services. Due to the nature of medical, aesthetic, injectable, and wellness treatments, all sales are final unless otherwise stated below.
 

Services & Treatments

Payments made for completed services, treatments, consultations, injections, IV therapy, wellness services, memberships, or packages are non-refundable.

Results may vary from person to person, and Revive & Refine does not guarantee specific outcomes from any treatment or service.
 

Deposits

Certain appointments may require a deposit to secure booking. Deposits are non-refundable and may be forfeited in the event of:

• No-shows

• Late cancellations

• Failure to follow pre-appointment instructions

• Arriving significantly late to an appointment
   

If an appointment is rescheduled within the approved cancellation window, deposits may be transferred to a future appointment at the provider’s discretion.
 

Products

Unopened retail products may be eligible for exchange or store credit within [Insert Number] days of purchase if returned in original condition. Opened, used, or damaged products are not eligible for refund or exchange due to hygiene and safety regulations.
 

Memberships & Packages

Prepaid packages, memberships, promotional pricing, and special offers are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing.
 

Appointment Cancellations

We kindly request advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide proper notice may result in cancellation fees or forfeiture of deposits.
 

Refund Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in limited circumstances at the sole discretion of Revive & Refine management, including:

• Duplicate charges

• Billing errors

• Services unable to be rendered by the provider

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed back to the original payment method.
